Hummus Edamame Veggie Wrap

A delicious wrap layered with hummus and fresh veggies!

1 large tortilla
3 Tbsp hummus
1/3 cup cooked, shelled edamame
1/2 cup baby spinach
1/2 of an avocado, sliced
1 carrot, shredded
1/4 cup chopped cucumber
*Any other desired vegetables!
Freshly ground pepper, to taste
Light drizzle of olive oil
Spread hummus over tortilla. Add edamame, spinach, avocado, carrot, cucumber, and any other desired vegetables. Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper, to taste. Drizzle with a tiny bit of olive oil....
