Ice Cream Cone Cupcakes

Made these fun cupcakes for a party the other day. Not exactly a recipe, because I used a box cake mix, but they turned out so cute I had to share!

1 pkg. ice cream cones, flat bottomed
1 box cake mix, any flavor

Buttercream Frosting
1 c. butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
5 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. milk
