Tangy red pepper sauce tops these quick and easy pork meatballs.

1 1/2 pounds ground pork
1/3 cup Italian style bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 cup egg substitute
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
2 cups spaghetti sauce
10 ounce roasted red peppers
4 cloves smoked or roasted garlic
4 whole wheat sub rolls
4 tablespoons part-skim ricotta cheese
