1/2 cup white rice, raw ( thin poha )
1/4 cup corn flakes
2 tablespoon amaranth leaves ( popped )
2 tablespoons Almonds ( flakes )
2 tablespoon watermelon seeds
1 tablespoon raisins
2 tablespoon raspberry jam ( Kissan berry blast jam )
1 cinnamon ( large punch )
1/2 teaspoon rice oil ( bran )
