Breaded chicken with a sweet asian sauce

3 chicken breast
1 egg ( beaten egg )
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper


cut chicken into 1 inch pieces. Mix flour salt and pepper in a plastic bag. Beat egg in bowl. Dip chicken in egg and shake in flour mixture.
In a hot skilled add 1-2 tablespoons butter. Add dipped chicken. Lightly brown all sides of the chicken)

Place browned chicken in a baking dish. Continue process until all the chicken has been dipped and browned.
Pour Sauce over Chicken.
Cover with tin foil and bake at 350* for 45 minutes. Last 5 minutes remove foil.
Serve over rice.


1 1/2    cup    vinegar
salt 3    tablespoons    water
1/3    cup    soy sauce

Mix all ingredients in bowl. Microwave for 1 minute or until sugar had dissolved. Pour over chicken.
