4-5 large tomatoes, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 onion, diced
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, minced
2 tablespoons lime juice
2-3 teaspoons jalapeƱo peppers, chopped and seeds removed (more or less depending on how hot you want it)
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced

2 tablespoons lime juice
2-3 teaspoons jalapeƱo peppers, chopped and seeds removed (more or less depending on how hot you want it)
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced
Mix all ingredients together and serve. It tastes best after sitting in the fridge for about 12 hours before serving because the flavors really meld together.
