Julias Chicken Bacon Jalapeno Soup.......

A hearty delicious dinner soup

1 package of Bacon
500 grams chicken
2 liters of chicken soup stalk
1 fresh or ¼ cup pickled jalapeños
5 pealed medium potatoes cut in cubes
4 large cloves of garlic finely chopped
1 carton 250ml of unsweetened whipping cream
1 250 ml carton of sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
Cut bacon into bite size pieces and fry in large soup pot until crispy (Bacon will go soggy in soup if not well cooked). Remove bacon and grease leaving enough grease to fry chicken. Cut chicken into bite size pieces and fry in pot until cooked through add garlic while frying. Return bacon to pot. Add soup stalk, jalapenos and potatoes cook until potatoes are soft. Reduce heat. Add sour cream and whipping cream to pot. Allow to simmer 10 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
