KFC Copycat Coleslaw Recipe

I'm not a big fan of coleslaw. My cute grandma convinced me just to have one bite and I was hooked! I had 3 servings of it for dinner that night. She said it tasted exactly like the KFC coleslaw so I had to do the test for myself. After a quick trip to KFC, I voted that they really taste so much alike. I'll be honest... I like the homemade version even better!

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup buttermilk
2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
SLAW:
1 head of cabbage
1 medium carrot (about 1/4 cup)
2 tablespoons minced onion
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup buttermilk
2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
SLAW:
1 head of cabbage
1 medium carrot (about 1/4 cup)
2 tablespoons minced onion
Chop cabbage into chunks and run through your food processor, or chop fine.
Combine all of the dressing ingredients in a large bowl, whisk well.
