Kit Kat Poke Cake

Light and delicious cake, perfect for summer days!

1 box white cake mix
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
3 egg whites
1 1/4 cup water
4 cups skim milk
2 box instant chocolate pudding, sugar free
Tub Cool Whip light
1 1/2 cup Kit Kat chocolate bars, crushed
1 gallon sized zip lock bag
-Mix together cake mix, greek yogurt, egg whites and water until creamy. -Bake according to directions on cake mix box. -While cake is baking, mix together pudding and milk. Whisk until creamy. Pudding should be smooth and creamy enough to run off of spoon easily. May need to add additional milk. -When cake is done, allow to cool for 2-5 minutes. -Poke multiple large holes into cake with the end of large spoon. -Pour pudding into holes and allow to sink to bottom of pan. Spread remaining pudding over top of cake. Allow pudding to set in fridge for 5 minutes. -Next, crush Kit Kat bars in a large ziplock bag until broken into small chunks. -Take cake out of fridge and spread Cool Whip over top. -Sprinkle cake with crushed Kit Kat. -Allow cake to set for at least an hour before serving. -Enjoy. Yummy!!
