Lasagna Stuffed Shells

The classic lasagna filling is placed inside a large pasta shell and smothered in sauce and cheese.

20 jumbo shells
3/4 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1/4 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
2 cups of your favorite tomato sauce
1 lb. sausage
