A lazy cook's dream: stuffed peppers without the hassle.

2-3 bell peppers (any color), seeded and diced
1 small onion, chopped
1 pound ground beef
1 8-oz can tomato sauce
1 14.5oz can stewed tomatoes, not drained
1 cup Minute rice, uncooked
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 cups chicken broth
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 small onion, chopped
1 pound ground beef
1 8-oz can tomato sauce
1 14.5oz can stewed tomatoes, not drained
1 cup Minute rice, uncooked
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 cups chicken broth
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1) In a large skillet, brown ground beef. Once meat is cooked through (no pink remains) do not drain. Add peppers, onion and garlic and saute until onions begin to turn translucent, about 5-7 minutes.
