A tasty and quick way to use up your left over Holiday turkey.

12 ounces turkey breast, cooked and sliced
8 slices turkey bacon
1 1/2 cups fat free milk
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
2 whole tomatoes thinly sliced
8 slices white bread, toasted
salt and pepper to taste
8 slices turkey bacon
1 1/2 cups fat free milk
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
2 whole tomatoes thinly sliced
8 slices white bread, toasted
salt and pepper to taste
Combine the milk, flour, garlic salt, pepper and nutmeg in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally, until thickened; about 7 to 10 minutes.
