We made it to April, and these Lemon Bars are the perfect Spring dessert. They are bursting with lemon flavor! Your family will love these and they are so easy to make! They are perfect for a baby or bridal shower. You can’t resist the taste of a thick and chewy lemon bar!

Crust:
1 cup butter, softened to room temp
½ cup sugar
2 cups flour
¼ teaspoon salt
Filling:
3 cups sugar
6 large eggs, beaten
lemon zest from 1 lemon
1 cup lemon juice, fresh or bottled
1 cup flour
½ cup powdered sugar
