Are there any Lemon lovers out there?? Well, have I got a great recipe for you!!! I LOVE this cake, it is so moist & refreshing-Best part... It's ready in 14 minutes! You cook it in the microwave--

Lemon Cream Cake

1 white cake mix
3 eggs
1 Can (20 oz) lemon pie filling
1/2 cup Sugar
4 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons Lemon juice


Mix cake mix, eggs and lemon pie filling until blended. Pour into a greased but pan (that is microwave safe) Microwave on high for 14 min. Turn out of the pan when it is done.

For the glaze; microwave sugar, butter and lemon juice on high for 2 minutes. Whisk until sugar is dissolved. Pour over cake.
