Lemon Lovers' Delight

Creamy and light lemon dessert with cream cheese and lemon pudding. YUM! :)

First Layer:
½ cup butter, melted
2 tablespoons sugar
1 cup all purpose flour
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix above ingredients and press into 13x9 inch baking dish that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake 15 for minutes. Cool completely.
Second Layer:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup cool whip (12 ounces, divided) thaw
Using electric mixer mix together second layer ingredients and pour over cooled crust. Let set 30 minutes.
Third Layer:
2 small packages instant lemon pudding
3 cups milk
Mix together and beat until smooth and thick. (about 3 minutes). Pour over cheese mixture.
Fourth Layer:
Cover top with remaining cool whip. Keep in refrigerator until ready to serve.
