3/4 cup butter ( room temperature plus more to grease the pan )
1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese ( whole milk )
1 1/2 cups Sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 lemons ( zest of )
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
