Loaded Peanut Butter Monster Cookie Brownies

Thick, fudgy, peanut buttery, and filled with chocolates, these Loaded Peanut Butter Monster Cookie Brownies are sure to be a hit at your next party!

For the Brownie Layer
½ C butter
¼ C unsweetened baking cocoa
? C melted coconut oil
1 C water
2 C granulated sugar
2 large eggs
¼ C milk of your choice
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 C white whole wheat flour
1 C all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt.
¼ C dark chocolate chips
¼ C pecans, chopped
For the Cookie Layer
6 tbsp no-stir natural creamy peanut butter
2 tbsp butter, softened
¼ C brown sugar
2 tbsp sugar
1 egg
½ tsp vanilla extract
6 tbsp white whole wheat flour
¼ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
¼ C quick oats
½ C Mini Milk Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups
¼ C Milk Chocolate Rainbow Drops or M&M\'s
¼ C dark chocolate chips
For the Peanut Butter Frosting
½ C no-stir natural creamy peanut butter
½ C butter, room temperature
2 C confectioner\'s sugar
2-3 tbsp half & half or milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
additional candy for topping
