20 ounces frozen spinach, thawed and drained well
1 cup low fat cottage cheese
3/4 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup egg substitute
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
pinch red pepper flakes
1 1/2 cups skim milk
3 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup reduced fat Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
pinch ground nutmeg
12 whole wheat flour tortillas
