I LOVE Halloween – not for the scary, spooky side, but for the cute decorations and delicious treats! I saw these cute melted witch brownies on pinterest, and I knew I needed to make them. While I love brownies – I absolutely LOVE cupcakes, so I switched out the brownie for a chocolate chocolate chip cupcake with marshmallow buttercream frosting and green, white chocolate ganache. Cupcakes:
3 eggs
1/2 cup oil
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 (15.25 oz) chocolate cake mix
1 cup chocolate chips
Frosting:
2 cups butter, softened
2 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 (7 oz) jars marshmallow creme
Green Ganache:
8 oz white baking chocolate
1/2 cup heavy cream
green food coloring
Witch legs:
12 striped paper straws, cut in half
witch boots (black cardstock, cut into the shape of a witch \"boot\")
