Microwave Peanut Brittle Recipe

I will never fix peanut brittle again over a hot stove. This microwave peanut brittle turned out great the first time I made it. It was so easy to make in the microwave. I had great results.

1 cup sugar
1-1/2 cup raw peanuts
½ cup white Karo syrup
? teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda.

Mix together the sugar, peanuts, syrup, and salt and cook for 3-1/2 minutes in the microwave. Take out of the microwave and stir. Return back to the microwave and continue cooking for 3-1/2 minutes. Add...
