8 eggs ( large )
2 tablespoon hummus ( Kalamata olives )
3 tablespoons hummus ( roasted red pepper )
1/4 cup red peppers ( roasted )
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 teaspoons zaatar


For za’atar:

1    teaspoon    sumac
1 1/2    teaspoon    sesame seeds
1    teaspoon    thyme ( dried )
black pepper 1    teaspoon    Dried Oregano
