Mini Turtle Cheesecakes Recipe

My husband and I went to the Cheesecake Factory to celebrate our birthdays - and we each picked a slice. I, of course, went straight for the turtle cheesecake. There's just something about the delicious combo of fudge, caramel, pecans, and cheesecake. I was having withdrawals when I came across Camille's post for Mini Cherry Cheesecakes, and I knew I could make mini turtle ones! 18 Oreos, finely crushed
3 tablespoons butter, melted
2 8-oz packages of cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon lemon juice
pecan halves
fudge topping
caramel topping
mini muffin liners
