Monster Cookies Recipe

I have always wanted to try monster cookies because of all the good stuff they are filled with! My mom gave me this recipe and it didn't disappoint. They were crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside. They were absolutely perfect in my book! I wish I would have tried them sooner!

1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 cups old fashioned oats
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup M&M's
1 cup butterscotch chips
