Mushroom with Red Wine Vinegar

A simple, homey dish.

1 tablespoon olive oil
½ cup sliced onion
2 cups sliced button mushrooms
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Heat olive oil in a pan. Sauté onion for 2 minutes. Add button mushroom and red wine vinegar, continue to cook for 3 minutes or until mushroom slices are soft. Season with salt and pepper, stir well. Turn off heat and serve on a plate.
