No Bake Peanut Butter Cereal Bars ~ Easy, No Bake Bars with Cheerios, Rice Krispies, M&M’s, Peanuts that are Perfectly Ooey & Gooey!

4 c. Cheerios
4 c. Crisp Rice Cereal
2 c. Dry Roasted Peanuts
2 c. M&M\'s
2 c. light corn syrup
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. Jif® Creamy Peanut Butter
1 3/4 tsp vanilla
