There is nothing better than basking in the hot sun while enjoying an ice cold Orange Creamsicle. Mmm Mm Mm! This is the chewy bar version of a creamsicle. The white chocolate chips added the perfect creaminess to the orange flavor in these chewy bars.

1 (15 ounce) white cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon orange extract
1 cup white chocolate chips
