8 biscuits ( cooked, cooked and cubed - about 8 cups total )
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups chopped ham ( 10.6 oz )
cup scallions ( chopped )
4 ounces canned pimento ( diced, drained )
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
8 eggs
2 cups whole milk
pinch nutmeg
to taste sage ( fresh herbs, for garnish )
