These steaks are even better than BBQed! They are certainly not weight watchers material but are great for a special dinner. Valentine\\\'s dinner perhaps :)

2 Top Sirloin Steaks or steaks of your choice
1/2 cup butter, divided
4 cloves garlic, pressed
2 tablespoons thyme, chopped
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
salt and pepper
