There are days when going to the grocery store with 2 kids (ages 5 and 3) just isn't worth the hassle. It was getting late afternoon and I realized that I didn't have anything ready for dinner, but that is the worst time of the day to head to the grocery store because my kids are tired and cranky. It took only a matter of minutes to throw together and was ready to eat bef
Parmesan Chicken Bake

Ingredients
6 chicken breast ( thawed )1 cup light mayonnaise ( or you could do 1/2 cup mayo and 1/2 cup plain yogurt )
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated ( plus more for the top )
1 1/2 teaspoons seasoning salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees and spray the inside of a 9x13 glass pan. Lay the chicken inside the pan.
Mix together the remaining ingredients and spread evenly over each piece of chicken, being sure to cover all the exposed raw meat (so it doesn't dry out.) Sprinkle on a bit more fresh Parmesan over all the chicken.
Bake for 45 minutes or until chicken is baked all the way through.
*I wouldn't leave out the mayo completely because it adds a yummy flavor that the yogurt lacks.
