Peaches and Cream Oatmeal Cookies

We wait all year for fresh peaches. Taking a bite of a big juicy peach and the juice runs down your arm, now that’s pure joy! We could seriously eat them for every meal! We combined the delicious taste of our oatmeal cookies and combined it with peaches and cream flavored oatmeal and white chocolate chips! It’s a match made in heaven! We added some vanilla pudding to make them super soft! You get the delicious taste of peaches and oatmeal in every bite!

1 cup butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar
? cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ teaspoon salt
2¼ cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
3.4 ounces instant vanilla pudding (dry mix, do not make into pudding)
8 peaches and cream instant oatmeal packets (1.23 ounces each packet)
1? cups white chocolate chips
