Peanut Butter Banana Bread Granola (Skillet Style)

No need to turn on your oven to make this Peanut Butter Banana Bread Granola! This healthier granola is made in a skillet on the stovetop and is filled with all the warm, comforting flavors of banana bread!

½ C coarsely chopped pecans
½ C pure maple syrup or honey
¼ C creamy peanut butter
2 tbsp coconut oil (measured solid) or butter
¼ C mashed banana
1 tbsp vanilla extract
2 C old fashioned oats
½ C oat bran
2 tbsp ground flaxseed
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
1 C coarsely crushed banana chips
