Banana cake topped with a fluffy peanut butter frosting

For the Cake
1/2 cup coconut oil, softened
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
3 brown bananas, mashed
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 cup miniature chocolate chips
For the Peanut Butter Frosting
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup coconut oil, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup peanut butter
pinch of salt
3 Tablespoons whipping cream
3 Tablespoons honey
2 cups powdered sugar

Cream the coconut oil and sugars. Add the eggs, vanilla, and bananas. Beat until creamy. Place the oats in a blender or food processor and pulse into oat flour. It's ok if it still has chunks of oats. Sift...
