These are always a crowd-pleaser at any holiday party. They're a perfect mix of chocolate and peanut butter that is hard to resist!

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 Cup shortening

3/4 Cup creamy peanut butter

1/3 Cup sugar

1/3 Cup light brown sugar, packed

1 egg

2 T milk

1 tsp vanilla extract
