Peanut Buttery Banana Pancakes

For a healthy fast breakfast, make Peanut Butter Banana Pancakes ahead of time and freeze until you need them. I don’t have a regular from scratch recipe I use, I just use one of my favorite mixes and then I add the bananas and peanut butter. Most of the time I will have to add a bit more milk than the recipe on the box to bring the batter back to the right consistency.
2 very ripe bananas
1/2 c natural peanut butter
Pancake mix with required ingredients that makes roughly 12 pancakes
1-2 c extra milk
1/2 c natural peanut butter

Mix the batter as instructed on the box.
In a separate bowl mash the bananas and then mix in the peanut butter.
Add the peanut butter and bananas to the pancake batter and mix until combined.
