Pennsylvania Dutch Chicken Corn Soup

Ingredients

1 chicken breast ( large boneless skinless )
3 quarts chicken broth ( reduced sodium (or 1/2 water, 1/2 stock) )
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
2 Can (12 oz) whole kernel corn ( drained )
1 Can (12 oz) creamed corn
3 eggs ( large hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped )
1 cup flour
1 egg ( for rivels )
1/2 cup milk ( for rivels )
