Philly Cheese Steak Queso Dip

Melted queso dip with a delicious philly cheese steak twist.

2 Tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup diced peppers
1/4 cup diced onions
1 cup finely chopped deli roast beef (7 oz.)
1 can diced green chilis (4 oz.)
1 pound white Velveeta Queso cheese, cubed (16 oz.)
1/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
baguettes or chips

Saute the onions and peppers in the olive oil until tender. Add the roast beef and green chilis and stir until heated through. Set aside. In a large sauce pan combine the cheese and milk over medium heat....
