3 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 eggs
1/2 cups milk
1 tablespoon Vanilla extract
2 cups cake flour
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cups crushed pineapple ( well drained )
1 cup butter ( room temperature )
8 ounces cream cheese ( room temperature )
4 cups Powdered Sugar
3 tablespoons pineapple juice
3/4 cups pecans ( chopped and toasted )
2 teaspoons Baking powder
1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
2 cups carrots ( shredded )
