Valentine\\\'s Day chocolate cupcakes with pink frosting, a sweet way of saying I love you

For the cupcakes:

140 g plain flour
160 g butter
160 g caster sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp lemon extract
2 tbsp cocoa powder
For the frosting:

150 g butter
300 g icing sugar
1-2 tbsp milk
a few drops of pink food colouring
