Pink Lemonade Poke Cake

I have been trying to find a yummy pink lemonade cake recipe since I threw my little girl a pink and yellow lemonade party. I think I found it! This is so tasty and you can really taste the lemonade! You could easily convert it into cupcakes for easier individual portions.

1 cup boiling water
1 3 oz box raspberry gelatin
1 box Pink Lemonade Cake Mix
1/2 cup thawed pink lemonade concentrate
1/4 cup water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 container Pink Lemonade Frosting
1 cup thawed whipped topping
Fresh raspberries (optional)
