Pot Stickers

If you've got a little bit of times on your hand, these Pot Stickers are a delicious appetizer you can make.

24 wonton wrappers
2 tbsp. vegetable oil, divided
1 small head of cabbage, thinly sliced
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 c/ diced mushrooms
1/4 c. green bell pepper, diced
1 tbsp. fresh ginger, minced
1 c. bean sprouts, chopped
1 c. carrots, shredded
1 c. green onions, sliced

Dipping sauce

1/3 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. rice wine vinegar
1/3 c. green onion, sliced
1 tsp. honey
1 tsp. sesame oil
In a large skillet or saute pan, heat 1 tbsp. vegetable oil. Add onion, mushrooms, bell pepper and ginger and saute 2 minutes. Add cabbage, carrots, and green onions and saute until all vegetables are soft....
