2.5 lbs. Sirloin Tip Roast, cubed
2-3 Tablespoons olive oil
2 cups fresh sliced mushrooms
1 medium onion, sliced
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
1 3/4 cups beef broth
3/4 cup sour cream
Cooked egg noodles, for serving
