Light and flaky Puff Pastry cups filled with flavorful Caprese and drizzled with a honey balsamic reduction makes the perfect appetizer.

1 package of Pepperidge FarmĀ® Puff Pastry
1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes
2 ounces of miniature fresh mozzarella balls
8 leaves of fresh basil, cut into ribbons
1 clove of garlic
1 tbs of olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
For the balsamic glaze
1/2 cup of balsamic vinegar
1 tbs honey
1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes
2 ounces of miniature fresh mozzarella balls
8 leaves of fresh basil, cut into ribbons
