'Tis the season for pumpkin recipes! The added apples makes this recipe so perfect for fall!

2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup canned pumpkin puree
1 can of apple pie filling
2 1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt

For the streusal topping
2 tablespoons flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 teaspoons butter
