1 envelope of active dry yeast, I use Red Star
1/4 cup of brown sugar
3 1/2 cups King Arthur Bread Flour, you could also use AP flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 1/4 cup of very warm water {110 - 120 }
1/2 cup pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie filling
