My Pumpkin Bread with Warm Caramel Glaze is a moist pumpkin bread with a gooey caramel topping. It's a really delicious dessert bread, just perfect for fall!

Ingredients for the Pecan Pumpkin Bread:
1 cup butter, softened
2 cups granulated sugar
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 - 15 ounce can of 100% pure pumpkin
2 cups flour, unbleached or all-purpose
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup chopped pecans (reserve 1/4 cup)

Ingredients for the Warm Salted Caramel Glaze:
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/2 teaspoon salt
