For the Cinnamon Rolls:

8 ounces cream cheese
¼ cup butter
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ to ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Pinch of salt
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tablespoon milk
3-4 tablespoons warm milk
