Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls with Cream Cheese and Caramel Frosting

1/3 cup milk
2 Tbsp butter
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
2 Tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg, beaten
1 package dry yeast (or about 1 Tbsp)
2 cups bread flour (you can use regular all purpose flour but bread flour makes them lighter)
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 Tbsp melted butter
Caramel Frosting
2 Tbsp butter
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1 Tbsp milk
1 drop vanilla
1/8 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 dash salt
1/3 cup confectioners' sugar
Cream Cheese Frosting
2 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp milk
3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
One drop vanilla extract
2 Tbsp butter
