Pumpkin Hershey’s Kiss Cookies

There are few things I love as much as baking in the Fall. When the weather starts getting cooler, all I want to do is get cozy in some sweat pants and eat warm, yummy treats. These cookies are perfect for that! :) I made a few small changes from my Grandma's Pumpkin Snickerdoodles and these babies were born!

1 stick (1/2 cup) butter
½ cup shortening
1 cup white sugar
½ cup light brown sugar
¾ cup unsweetened pumpkin puree
1 large egg
4 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
Additional sugar for rolling
