This Pumpkin White Chocolate Pie is smooth, silky, and an easy, no-bake dessert!

1 refridgerated pie crust (from a 14.3 ounce box)
2 1/2 cups milk (I used 2%)
1 cup canned pumpkin
3 (3.3 ounce) boxes white chocolate instant pudding mix
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
White chocolate shavings for topping
