Quick & easy baked chicken fajitas. Perfect for a busy weeknight!

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts or tenders
1/2 onion, sliced
1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
1/2 green bell pepper, sliced
1 zucchini, sliced into half moons
1.5 Tablespoons taco seasoning (one packet or make your own)
2 Tablespoons olive oil
salt & pepper, to taste
Fajita sized tortillas
salsa
sour cream
shredded Mexican cheese blend
1/2 onion, sliced
